Leo Baker
Leo Baker is a successful and experienced company director and consultant with a strong record of leading company turnarounds.
Using his strong business acumen, underpinned by the highest ethical standards, he has consistently been able to identify opportunities and to develop and lead the implementation of strategies that have resulted in sustained, improved profitability. Good financial literacy and a solid understanding of contract law and regulatory environments combined with an ability to think laterally, help Leo to analyse, drill down and ask pertinent questions.
Initially studying engineering and working as a retail sales assistant, Leo moved onto managing supply chains in the furniture industry and building sales in FMCG at a national level, with major brands. He then started his own sign manufacturing business, which grew organically and through acquisitions to become a multisite success culminating in ownership of a national franchise chain, which he sold in 2017.
